Refund and Cancellation
At Bliss Aqua World Resort, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 3 to 7 days before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or no-shows will not be eligible for any refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Any applicable transaction or processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Modification of Booking
Guests may request to modify their booking dates, subject to availability.
Changes requested at least 3 days prior to check-in will be accommodated without additional charges.
Early Check-out
No refunds will be provided for early check-out or unused services after check-in.
Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies, the resort reserves the right to offer rescheduling or credit vouchers instead of refunds.
